I have a monthly contract and am unable to log into my o2 it just takes my round in circles. If I do the app it says something went wrong please wait 48 hours if you are new to 02 (which am not) or click here for support. When I click it takes me to virtual help which says use the app to chat to an assistant and round and round I go. If I sign in online or just saying something went wrong we’re having trouble finding your account click here and again round in circles I go

You could delete the app, reboot the phone and reinstall the app again
If that doesn't work you need to contact O2. It's possible your account needs resetting.
