Tried to log into my 02 but says there's a problem. Is this a wider issue than just me?

You will need to reach O2 via any method in here Guide: How to find help & contact O2 if access remains an issue into next week. You can also try to get in touch with O2 via Social Media, link below has the ways - saves waiting on the phone and let's you nudge them every so often until they can respond and engage with you.
