You can't transfer esims, you need to get a new one
Easiest and quickest option is to take photo ID into an O2 store
Unless you specifically need esim I would recommend you change back to a physical sim because of this very problem when changing phones
Or you can ask customer service to push an esim to your My O2 and install it from there
However esims ordered this way seem to regularly get stuck in processing mode so instore every time

I have a physical SIM card here too but it’s also not working and stating that it is an unknown number

I also can’t log in to my o2 as can’t receive the code that it sent as a text message due to having no service
