I was sent a message to say I'm out of data but when I check myO2 app and the web I have 4GB left. There doesn't seem to be anywhere on the help pages to help me deal with this issue, I think I need help from a real live person but there doesn't seem to be a phone number, email address or chat function available to me. Help!

All numbers for O2 are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
