Hi.

I just took out a contract a week ago and haven't had an update on delivery yet money was taken as part payment for the device. Is there a contact email address for o2 to raise a complaint? 1st time using this network and already fed up without even using them.

And yes i have tried to trace the order via the o2 app and online and nothing.

Hi sorry for the situation you're facing. Mostly when you order an item and the item aren't in stock, they will be despatched ones O2 get them in stock.

Did you receive an email confirming that your transaction has gone through, and also with the contract agreement? If you did rest assured that once the device are in stock they will certainly send it to you. You will receive a dispatch email confirming when you will receive your device.

Alternatively you can contact O2 to find out what's happening. All numbers are in this guide. Best time to call is 8am and the best number to try is the one ending with 4005
