We move to "rural" about eight months ago - my iPhone X was fine but my wife's phone signal through EE was poor to non existent. We opted to move her iphone onto my O2 account and it was fine. But during the last couple of months the  failure rate on incoming and outgoing calls on both phones has increased dramatically. Most of the issue appears to be loss of signal - the app indicates everything is fine when it simply is not.  Is it worth looking at signal boosters or providers?

@Signalissues

Try PAYG sim cards from other providers to see who gives the best signal.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
