I've recycled my Samsung after upgrading posted off using label O2 sent me and packaging ... Heard nothing since then ! I've checked in my o2 recycle no trace of it. Tried to contact IT no answer? I'm at a loss on what to do

Chase it up with O2 but 2 weeks isn't unusual.
