I need to manage my mothers account as her attorney but cannot log in because the security code is sent to her phone....O2 website says I need to setup an account but this wont work because I don't live in the UK.
Anyone know how to get around O2's poorly defined business processes? Because access to humans now seems impossible while they hide behind their bots!

Thanks for that but chat function no longer exists and the Support Request Form doesn't work. I'm at the point where O2 doesn't care so neither do I... There are other telecom providers.
