Have you checked your bill in MyO2, either app or in browser?
If so, and you have checked the local signal is good using the tips in this Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? - then you need to call O2, as this is not customer services - numbers in here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support - the 0800 number can be called using Skype if your phone is completely off the air.
Call around 08:15 tomorrow morning to beat the queues - hopefully they can get you sorted, @Adam36.
