I have been trying to top up my account for 2 or more weeks and I am not able to do. Whenever I try from the app it says "sorry we couldn't process your payment, if the problem continues try with another card or contact your bank". So I have tried with another card, I also have tried calling the 4444, I also contacted my bank but the told me that the problem is not from the bank because it doesn't result any denied payment to them. Can you help me?
