Incorrect bill charge

Bill Summary for ***********  07/08/2024

Charge of £0-15 for premium text to Twilio (Bill Ref. 67975) that I have no recollection or record of making. I wish this charge to be deleted.

And please remove your number because its a coustomer community not coustomer service.

Its seems like someone need to acess in your account but you need to contact coustomer service and its a coustomer community.

It may say Twilio but they are a bulk SMS outfit amongst other things. I suspect you text somebody who used them

Charges for SMS are rarely wrong. You just have to weigh up if spending time with customer services is worth 15p
