I have received two emails today from O2 regarding an or NC80720353

I have received two emails purporting to be from O2 this morning. They quote Ref: NC80720353 telling me I have requested changes. I have not requested any changes and cannot understand what these emails mean. Please explain to me. Are they Spam?
