How to cancel Disney + on my o2

I was wondering any one can help.

Cannot cancel Disney + on my o2 as don't have option for that.

Cannot call them as apparently they are taking emergency calls

Cannot use chat since yesterday as apparently they are soooo busy.

You need to click on the + sign beneath the Extra which will open the option to Manage Extra

Did you manage to cancel your extra in the end or are you still struggling? Any help from the clarification above on what to do once you're in My O2?
