Solved: How do I change mobile model details in my O2

Can any one advise how to change mobile phone details in My O2 I bought an SE several months ago but it's still showing as my old 7

You can't change it manually.

It should update eventually but in reality it makes no difference.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi there should be a a 'remove number' option alongside the phone number. You just click on that.
