What do you feel the need to complain about ? If you give us an outline of your problem, someone might have a suggestion as to the way forward.
Please bear in mind that O2 are taking up to eight weeks to investigate and respond to formal complaints, and during that period, you are unlikely to find any other O2 team who are able and willing to engage with you. Hence, if you are aggrieved by delays on the part of O2, filing a complaint might further delay resolution. 👍
