I got a phone for my daughter in my name but she pays the bill through direct debit from her account

just received a default letter stating last bill not paid..

how do I stand am I responsible for the payment. Can’t get into any account details as she changed themall

The account being in your name means you are entirely responsible for any payments or defaults

Only your daughter can give you access to the account I'm afraid
