I have just signed up for a sim only and got Disney free for 6 months but when I followed the link via their text I ended up paying for it through Google, I have since cancelled it.
How do get it for free because my O2 says the voucher has been used.
I can't find the appropriate contact to speak to someone.

Correct way to add the offer is here Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras  

If you are having problems, try on mobile data on your phone (not on wifi).

If you need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Thanks for the help, I did manage to get through in the end although after following your instructions fully I still had to press number 1 after 7.
The result of my problem will be known in time, thanks again.
