O2 mysteriously cannot find and email they sent me regarding my tariff. The operator I spoke with refused to give me a direct email address and asked me to email
When I did that it bounced saying that they don't deal with matters by email any more. The respnose said
"Thanks for your email, but we have now shut down our email support
service."
It appears I was given some seriously incorrect information when I signed up to this contract with O2 direct in terms of how bolt ons would work and it will all be recorded (and some of it is on email which I still have). Clearly the operator in a SA call was just trying to get rid of me!
Does anyone have a contact email address that works?
Thank you
Adam

Thank you - you can request a call back but they have no slots for over 10 days (!) and this link does not give you an email address to which you can complain. A cynic would say that they want to make this as difficult as possible....

Most companies don't provide email customer service, as it is not PCI compliant or secure, nor is delivery guaranteed.

Thanks but they usually offer a decent system of logging the detail through an on line form. Given that they deliberately supplied an unused email address I will now have to pay several £s to post a special delivery letter (or else they will say they didn't receive it) and I have done absolutely nothing wrong here. They made a serious error when they set up my contract and don't seem to care about this now at all.
