Fell for the scam

Hi all,

Unfortunately, I fell for it, I gave the scammer the security code to access my account.

Checked my account, but nothing seems different, I don't store my card details on it, so I am wondering, could they have ordered stuff and would I be able to see that? No new orders/products have been added (yes, I did change my password).

Or did they do a sim swap, does o2 send a message to inform you of that?

The "my details" page is also locked under another o2 number, so I don't think they accessed it.

Any advice would be helpful!

Thank you!

Contact O2 immediately to tell them.

Change ALL your online passwords and also inform your bank.

O2 confirmed that my account was not compromised (they checked for sim swaps and any suspicious activity or orders/contracts in my name), so, thankfully, I'm safe.

Thank you for your reply!
