I have been delivered my new device as my old one was faulty. However the courier would not take the faulty one. Do i just keep it?

I wouldn't wait for O2 to contact you, @JW3. If they don't receive the phone back you could possibly wind up getting charged for two phones. Best to call customer service and get this resolved rather than get a nasty surprise of a large bill.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
