I changed my sim only Contract and I was offered 1 extra to add to my bundle. I had several options such as Disney+, international bolt on etc.
On My O2, I couldn't find any extras apart from Disney+.
I messaged 23336 for international Bolton and I got a reply it's activated and I will be charged £3 every month. I thought it was an extra and I'm still gonna be charged
After few days I had a text message saying I have 7 days left to choose my extra.
Can someone please help or advise me. I want my free extra - International calling Bolton.
