I missed choosing my free extra on 3 new contracts taken out in ealy December. It there any option to get teh selection period extended?

On Facebook O2 said "We're sorry to hear that Sam, the Extra needs to be redeemed in the fist [sic] 28 days". Not very charitable as I was only two days late 😞
