I bought an Esim yesterday. I thought it automatically would install. It hasn't but I can't get into my O2 on my phone to install it as it keeps wanted a code sent to my number as confirmation that it is me but it's already transferred my number to the Esim so I am not getting texts. I am really stuck. The virtual bot is no help and there seems to be no number to phone. Anyone able to help?
