I tried logging into My O2 App and it is saying that there is an error with my credentials and that I cannot login at this time. I also says that new customers may take up to 48 hours to be able to login to My O2. I have a plan that I have had for about half a month and have had zero issues with logging in so far, so I am wondering why I cannot login to the app anymore. Also when I sign in on my computer it says I have no devices which is false, I have my phone and it should show up.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
