Hi, I haven't changed anything with my O2 account, but every time I try to log in, I get the following message: 'Error - It looks like something's gone wrong. We're looking into it and hope to get it fixed soon.' Does anyone know why this is happening or how to resolve it?

If you are trying to log in via the MyO2 app @Anubis1, I suggest that you try online :-

 

https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

 

If you are using the app, try deleting the app, rebooting your 'phone and then reinstalling the app. 👍
