Been going on for a while and customer service don't seem to know what to do.
When I try to log into MyO2 I'm told my email isn't valid. The same email the bills are sent to every month.
This is on an account with a blueyonder email. I have another account with a Gmail and it's fine.
Any ideas ?

Pretty sure MyO2 no longer accepts the old Blueyonder email addresses
Someone else on here will probably confirm.

I had the same with my ntlworld email.
There is no option but to create a new email account (in my case, gmail) and register with that for your MyO2 on VMO2 ID.
