i HAVE an email telling me my payment is late - 14.37 I click to go to site, yet NOWHERE is there ANY BILL FOR 14.37
i DON'T know what it is, after signing in and checking bills and payments, it is not showing me anything is due and nothing for that amount . i have phone device plan and airtime. watch device plus a sync and i have something else for my ipad (not device plan) Because I can't get thru to a blinking human or find this payment invoice im going to be charged a late fee. THE SITE IS AWFUL TO NAVIGATE. and awful to try to actually get to speak to a human. i have my 02 app its not on there either.
AFTER this i hate O2 so i will pay off my device plans and find a supplier that actually talks to us and helps rather than just send unreplyable emails about amounts for some mystery item that is nowhere in my bills and payment o2 are literally the WORST for any kind of customer service
