I took out the 6 month Disney extra but I’ve just been charged via Disney+ and there is no credit on my bill even though the extra has been activated. How is it supposed to work?

If you signed up via your extras in your MyO2, the discount should come off your bill each month. 

You'll need to call customer service to check Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
