My 02 states that my disney plus will run out on 3/12/21.

In my Disney+ Account it states that the O2 subscription has ended. How can i relink the two?

I'd guess the Disney site has only logged 6 months free @J_Ing 

You'll need to call customer service to see what they suggest.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I must add it was linked in the past, i activated it the day i took out my new contract.
