I’ve just taken on a new contract but I’m eligible for 25% discount. This has not shown up while I agreed all the details and finished the order. Talking to the support team on messenger they was telling me to click a link at a certain time but that just took me back to the order but no discount was shown. Do I need to add this later or should it show already on the agreement?
