Detagging O2 from my DisneyPlus account

Hello, 

 

I hope this is the correct forum to ask?

 

I finished my 6 months free DisneyPlus with O2 a few months ago.

I cannot seem to do anything with my disneyplus account as it still says Manage on O2, even though its finished.

 

How do i remove the manage by O2 please?

The link on disneyplus takes us to nowhere useful and cannot seem to find any options to stop this on O2.

 

Please can you help me,

I have exactly the same issue despite my O2 Disney subscription being cancelled over 12 months ago. 

 

I have chatted to some agents on both sides and they have been useless. They just keep repeating the same things and blaming each other.
