Hi , I tried to get a new contract last night and payed a £30 upfront cost but then got told I had to make a disposit I didn’t have for the order to go through , can you cancel any orders I’ve tried to put through as i have tried a few times but I don’t want them anymore and will I get my £30 deposit back

O2 don't have your money.
It is held by your bank in a shadow account and will be returned to your cleared funds in 5 to 7 days, in line with your banks policy.
O2 can't do anything so you need to speak to your bank.
