How to top up for more data I have 0 left and I would renew my big bundle now bigger just i can't do it

You can change your tariff in your MyO2 but it won't change immediately.

To get an immediate change, you need to call O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

If you wanted to change your Big Bundle plan to a new plan with more data, you would have to wait for your anniversary date.

I would recommend downloading the MyO2 app to change your plan or visiting one of our stores. You can always call 4445 from your handset, which is a free call and speak to someone about your options.

You do also have the option in the meantime to top up and add a data bolt-on.

100MB One-Off - £2.00 via MY O2 or Calling 2202 

250MB One-Off - £4.00 via MY O2 or Calling 2202 

500MB One-Off - £6.50 via MY O2 or Calling 2202 

1GB One-Off - £10.00 via MY O2 or Calling 2202 

I would recommend calling 4445 or visiting a store and see what they can do before adding a data bolt-on.
