I am unable to view my data usage online or on the app.  Does anyone know if there is a technical problem?

I spoke to o2 again today and they said they are waiting for a fix, but are aware of the problem.

This could be interesting.. any of those people who go over their allowance & o2 try to fleece them...

That wouldn't be an issue on normal consumer contracts though as data stops when used up.

I guess the system of recording data is still working OK and this is just a representation issue.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes all ok now. I must say that My O2 is looking good just now. Nice colour and nice clean lines.
