I have a pay as you go monthly sim. Originally I had the £10 a month bundle but I wanted to change it to the £5 bundle. It didnt change on the day so I purchased the original bundle.However the bundle changed the following morning and now all my credit is gone. Can I get my £10 back?

You should be due £5 credit.

Call 4445 to ask customer service to correct your balance.
