Hi is anyone else having trouble activating the extras?

It just says "404: this page could not be found"

I would contact calm support in that case as it sounds like they have moved the webpage or taken it down

Which extra are you trying to activate?

And is the 404 on o2's site or the partners site?

Info re claiming Calm here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/extras-partners 

If you are getting an error message on their site, it may be down currently.

If you look at the link I have given, make sure you check the OS system you need to be on to download Calm.
