Been trying for nearly 24 hours to contact customer services, 202 doesn't work from my phone, I don't have a landline and they wont discuss a cancellation online.
Any ideas.

If you cannot reach O2 @cheesecake, a workaround might be to request a PAC code and move you number to a PAYG SIM on another network ; and then just let the new PAYG SIM die ! 👍

@cheesecake If you have no landline you can download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype to call O2 for free on 0800 032 1402 or 0800 902 0217 (Payment Management)
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Included in the guide I posted above is this link to cancel when not using the pac/stac route.
