Help I’m tearing my hair out.
I have a pay as you go number that I want to transfer to my pay monthly.
I’ve filled in the form and had a no reply standard email saying there’s a problem and to contact through webchat.
I can’t find any webchat and have no luck phoning 202.
filled in the form again putting in the notes about no webchat or phone number but just got the same email back.
Anyone know how to resolve this.

I have to agree that anyone who is with O2 probably has pulled all their hair out.
Never again will I use this phone company. They are appalling liars! And their website is a joke.
They appear to do anything but help. Online and in store. NEVER AGAIN!
