I’m still waiting on an iPad I ordered in the 7th November, iv paid the £20 upfront fee and has confirmation of my order but nothing since then, also Iv downloaded the app but it won’t let me sign in and on my account it says I have no orders! Can someone help please? And I’m finding it very very difficult to speak with anyone from o2 no live chat no phone number nothing!
