I had a call to the number above that I was charged £4.16p for 11 seconds for. This was a con. I had an email that said that I had missed a call from Fiona and I should call the printed number to get my voicemail. Not thinking I rang the number.

Can someone at o2 please sort out these con merchants.

 You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:

Bar all Direct to bill debits

Bar Premium rate numbers

 

Edited to add, on checking it's definitely a premium rate scam
