I have had trouble logging in to my o2 I can log in on the o2 website I have contacted o2 they are lookin into it

How to cancel Disney + on my o2

I was wondering any one can help. Cannot cancel Disney + on my o2 as don't have option for that.Cannot call them as apparently they are taking emergency callsCannot use chat since yesterday as apparently they are soooo busy. Many thanks in advance.

Hi All I've just done a sim swap between o2 sims. My questions are: 1) should I wait until the old one is not working before putting the new one in the phone? Also my old one was on 'pay as you go' and the new one is on 'pay monthly' kind of service....
