Changing name

Hello, I pay for my plan monthly through my own bank account but it’s still under my stepdads name as he previously paid for it. Is there a way of getting it changed into my name as I need it as proof of a utility bill. Thank you

@Georgia7 Even though you've been paying for the account, the contract is still in your stepdad's name. You could not use it as proof of a utility bill as it stands at the moment. You would have to take out a contract on your own which would be subject to a credit check. The phone number could then be migrated to you. See this guide: Migration & porting into O2 - O2 Community
