Changing my account name

I need to change my account name quite urgently. I've rang the 202 5 times now and each time she sends me through a maze of questions and then spits me out at the end and hanges up before i can speak to anyone. How do I change my name if on the phone isn't an option?

You can't change the name unless it's due to marriage or an official change via deed poll
