Not receiving email

I’m trying to add Disney+ as an extra but keep getting the message ‘oops, we werent able to add your extra. Please try again’ It might be because i hadnt paid my bill but i have now so whats the issue?

Spend Cap on my Monthly Payment Account

Will someone show me how to increase the Spend Cap amount on my Monthly Payment account.ThE O2 website gave all comments about Spend Cap BUT fail to instruct a customer how to do it by login his (I.e. mine) MyO2.HELP !
