Changing my account name and birth date

I want to change my account name from Laszlone Oberna to Kitti Oberna.

I want to change the birth date from 03/05/1973 to 07/10/2002

Sorry but you cannot just change the account ownership.

The person you want to own the account must apply for their own and pass the credit and identity checks. Once a new account is in place the original number can be migrated which closes the old account.
