Changing email

Hi All,

Does anyone know how to change the email address linked to your My O2 Business account? Our account email address is a member of staff's name who no longer works for the company so we'd like to change it.

You will need to call o2 customer services to change it, they can be contacted here Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

I would recommend using a Distribution List or a shared mailbox in the future for these types of things
