Morning! I have tried to change my address 6 times but it just keeps going round in circles and I’m getting no where, tells me to click on to the account I want the address changing on (only have the 1) and then telling me to log in but I’m logged in? Then goes back to the first stage when I click log in. Thank you

This is really stupid. Why enable all kinds of other changes online, but not a change to a billing address? I have two accounts that I need to change my address on but I have to phone to do it, and (like everywhere else) no doubt I'll be holding in a queue for ages.... This is such a simple thing to incorporate in an online process.....

I see the first post was NINE years ago. You'd have thought O2 would have fixed this silliness over the last 9 years..... Pah.
