I read on the guide that O2 now supply all phones unlocked. When did that start? I've just upgraded two numbers and received the new phones today. I will be selling the two iPhone 8 Plus that have now been replaced. They were supplied in August 2018....
I can't see any link to talk to a guru now on the site? Are the gurus not working now?
I'm off to France in 3 weeks and I'd like to use my iPad there. It has cellular capability (locked to O2, as far as I'm aware). I don't expect to have wifi available a lot of the time. Is it possible to use a payment plan or one-off plan abroad?
Can someone explain to me why I, as a long standing O2 customer, can't get any 4G in France? I just keep being told O2 don't support it, which is insane in 2017.... my pals in Virgin and Vodaphone are using the same French network and have no problem...
Is there a problem with this? I'm trying to sort out an upgrade but keep just getting an 'Opps, something has gone wrong' page. Not a lot of use!!
