As an existing virgonmedia customer I took a New O2 sim last week but have still not had the O2 double data or any notification from virgonmedia about upgrading my broadband.
Who do I contact

You need to apply for it in your MyO2 and it takes up to 14 days to be applied.

I'm a Vigin media customer and recently switched from Tesco to o2. It took them around 12 days to double my data and the following day my VM broadband speed increase was applied.
