I have recently changed my iPhone 6 to an Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Both phones were purchased from the Apple Store and I am on a Sim Only contract with O2.
On the website under 'My Devices', it currently still lists my previous iPhone 6 and I would like to correct and update it to reflect the iPhone 11 Pro Max that I now have.
I cannot see anywhere on the website or the 'My O2' App to do this.
I have tried phoning O2 and aso engaged in Webchat with O2 - all to no avail.
Does anyone know if it is possible to do this?

The device will update automatically in time but to change the type of device you'll need to call customer service on 202 if it doesn't do itself.
